The Kiosk for Cioccolatitaliani is among our favourite case histories, given the context in which it came about. It was June, an incredible turnout was expected at Malpensa given the closure of Linate. Cioccolatitaliani was the first refreshment point beyond the security checks. Certainly, if a crowd had formed at the cash desk, many would have ventured past the point, losing customers and turnover.
Our customer's foresight in understanding that a self-order system would solve this problem led us to develop the personalised UX in record time (not to boast, but sometimes we can do the impossible) that has one main aim: lighting things up with an easy and intuitive user experience, well, mission accomplished!
